Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of coworkers.global, including submitting a business plan for evaluation. Submitting a plan or using the site means you accept them.

What the service is

You submit a business plan or pitch deck. Alex, a managed AI agent operated by Coworkers.Global, evaluates it and emails you a fundability review: an opinion on how an investor would likely read your plan and where it is weak. The review is free during our calibration phase.

What the review is not

The review is an automated opinion, offered for general information. It is not investment, legal, accounting, or other professional advice, and it does not predict, promise, or improve your odds of raising money. No investor relationship, broker relationship, or advisory relationship is created by using this service. Decisions you make based on the review are yours.

Your materials

You keep all rights to what you submit. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and analyze your materials for the purpose of producing your evaluation and calibrating our service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You promise that you have the right to submit what you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Confidentiality

We treat submitted plans as confidential, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not share your plan with investors, other founders, or any third party outside the processors named there.

Honest limits

We are an early-stage company and the service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that evaluations are error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it, which during the calibration phase is zero.

Acceptable use

Do not submit materials you have no right to share, attempt to probe or disrupt the service, or use it to harm others.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms by posting the new version here with a new effective date. We may decline or discontinue evaluations at our discretion (capacity is limited; first come, first served).

Governing law

United States law governs these terms. We are completing our incorporation and will update this section with the governing state when it closes.
