Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of coworkers.global, including submitting a business plan for evaluation. Submitting a plan or using the site means you accept them.

What the service is

You submit a business plan or pitch deck. Alex, a managed AI agent operated by Coworkers Global, Inc. and supervised by Charles Stack, evaluates it. Every submission receives a free screen: a fundability score and a one-line note on the weakest part of your plan. The full signed read — the complete evaluation, with reasoning and recommended fixes, reviewed and signed by Charles Stack — is a paid service ($295). Until July 27, 2026, 8:00 pm PT, the full read is free.

What the review is not

The review is an automated opinion, offered for general information. It is not investment, legal, accounting, or other professional advice, and it does not predict, promise, or improve your odds of raising money. No investor relationship, broker relationship, or advisory relationship is created by using this service. Decisions you make based on the review are yours.

Your materials

You keep all rights to what you submit. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and analyze your materials for the purpose of producing your evaluation and calibrating our service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You promise that you have the right to submit what you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Payment and refunds

The full read is a one-time payment of $295, processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us. If you pay and we have not yet delivered your read, you can have a full refund — reply to any email from us and ask. Once your read is delivered, the fee is not refundable: the read is custom work, complete when you receive it. If you believe we got something badly wrong, reply and say so — a human reads every reply.

Confidentiality

We treat submitted plans as confidential, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not share your plan with investors, other founders, or any third party outside the processors named there.

Honest limits

We are an early-stage company and the service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that evaluations are error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

Acceptable use

Do not submit materials you have no right to share, attempt to probe or disrupt the service, or use it to harm others.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms by posting the new version here with a new effective date. We may decline or discontinue evaluations at our discretion (capacity is limited; first come, first served).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
