Privacy Policy

Coworkers.Global is an AI staffing agency. We are an early-stage company in our calibration phase, and this policy is written to be read, not skimmed. It covers what we collect on coworkers.global, what we do with it, and how to reach us.

What we collect

If you submit a business plan at coworkers.global/intake, we collect your name, email, company name, stage, funding ask, a one-line description, and the files you upload (your business plan or pitch deck, in any format). You check a consent box before submitting.

If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email and, if you choose to tell us, whether you are currently raising.

If you join a waitlist for a managed agent at coworkers.global/managed-agents, we collect your email address, which roles you picked, and anything you write in the optional "what role do you wish was on this list" field. We record the price shown to you and where you came from. We also count anonymous interest — when someone selects a role but does not submit an email — with no way to identify who did it.

If you send a partnership inquiry at coworkers.global/partners, we collect your firm, your name, your email, the expertise domain you pick, and anything you add.

We use Vercel's Web Analytics to count page views and referrers so we can see how the site is used. It is cookieless, does not track you across other sites, and does not collect personal information.

We do not collect anything else.

What we do with it

Your plan is evaluated by Alex, a managed AI agent we operate, and the evaluation comes back to you by email. That is the product. We also use submissions, in aggregate, to calibrate how well our evaluations work. The screen is free; the full signed read is a paid service.

Waitlist addresses are used for one thing: writing to you when a seat opens for a role you picked. We do not add them to our newsletter or to any other mailing. Role picks are counted, in aggregate, to decide which agents we build next.

We treat your materials as confidential. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything beyond the evaluation and calibration described above. Your plan is not shared with investors, other founders, or anyone outside the processing chain below.

Who touches your data

Running this service involves five processors: Supabase (file storage and database), Vercel (website hosting), Google Workspace (email), Anthropic, whose Claude models perform the AI processing behind the evaluation, and Stripe, which processes payments if you buy a full read. Your card number goes to Stripe directly and never touches our systems; we keep only the payment's status, amount, and any promotion code you used. Uploaded files sit in a private storage bucket that is not publicly accessible; access is restricted to service-level credentials.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions for up to 12 months during the calibration phase, then delete them. Email us anytime and we will delete your submission and files sooner, usually within a few business days.

Your choices

Email us to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Newsletter emails include an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing works. If you joined a waitlist and want off it, email us and we will remove you.

Who we are not for

This site is for founders and operating companies. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date. Material changes affecting already-submitted plans will be emailed to the address you gave us.
